The Congressional Record
The Congressional Record is the official journal of Congress's daily proceedings. Often a transcript of the debates on the House and Senate floors, the Congressional Record can be significantly modified by Members of Congress after the fact.
GovTrack provides a unique hyperlinked version of the Congressional Record, adding links to the members of Congress and legislation appearing in the record. GovTrack does not have a complete copy of the Congressional record, and at the moment you can only browse the record for the current session of Congress.
